How long does a website take?
A landing page takes two to three weeks. A typical business site takes four to six. Corporate and e-commerce builds run eight to twelve weeks. The timeline is fixed in the proposal, and the main thing that moves it is how quickly content and feedback come back to us.
What do you need from me to start?
A 45-minute call, whatever brand assets you already own, and one decision-maker who can approve. If you don't have copy or photography, we'll tell you upfront what it costs to solve it — we'd rather scope it than pretend it's free.
Do you write the content?
We structure it as standard: what each section must say and in what order. Full copywriting is an add-on, and for most projects it's the highest-return line item on the quote.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Every editable field is wired to a CMS and you get a recorded walkthrough at handover. Adding a new project, blog post or team member takes minutes and no code.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of free bug fixes, no questions asked. After that you can take a care plan from $180/month — updates, backups, monitoring and a monthly window for small changes — or simply email us when you need something.
How does payment work?
Fifty percent to book the slot, fifty percent before launch. Larger builds are split across milestones. Bank transfer, card or Wise — invoiced, itemized, no hidden lines.
